Begin by gently closing your eyes.

Take a deep, slow breath in through your nose, filling your lungs completely.

As you exhale, release any tension, any worries, any thoughts that do not serve you.

Breathe in again, drawing in a sense of calm and presence.

And exhale, letting go.

Continue to breathe at your own pace, allowing your body to soften and relax.

Imagine yourself standing at the edge of a tranquil, still lake.

The water is like a perfect mirror, reflecting the vast, clear sky above.

This lake represents your inner self, your true essence.

As you gaze into the water, notice the gentle ripples that appear. These ripples are your thoughts, your emotions, your experiences.

Allow them to pass without judgment, like clouds drifting across the sky.

See yourself stepping into the water, not to disturb it, but to merge with its stillness.

Feel the cool, soothing embrace of the water surrounding you, washing away any lingering doubts or fears.

As you float, you begin to see reflections within the water – moments from your past, feelings you've held, dreams you've nurtured.

Observe them with kindness and acceptance. Each reflection is a part of your unique journey.

Now, focus on a single point of light emanating from within your chest.

This is your inner wisdom, your core strength, your authentic self.

Breathe into this light, allowing it to grow brighter and warmer with each inhale.

With each exhale, send this light outwards, filling your entire being.

Repeat these affirmations silently to yourself:

* "I am at peace with who I am."

* "I accept myself fully, with all my imperfections."

* "I am open to learning and growing."

* "My inner world is a source of strength and wisdom."

Feel the truth of these words resonating within you.

Notice the stillness within the lake, and recognize that this stillness resides within you, always accessible.

When you feel ready, gently bring your awareness back to your breath.

Take another deep inhale, and as you exhale, begin to wiggle your fingers and toes.

Slowly open your eyes, bringing this feeling of inner peace and clarity back with you.
